My sister and niece recently came to visit. After eating appetizers at one of my favorite places, we got in the car and they asked me to make this. It's chunky, tangy, and easily adapted.

2 ripe avocadoes
1 lime
1/4 c. finely minced onion
1 clove garlic
1 jalapeno or serrano pepper
1 small tomato
1/2 bunch cilantro

1. Split avocadoes in half, cut into cubes, and scoop into a medium bowl with a spoon.

2. Add lime zest & juice, onion, minced garlic, minced pepper, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro.

3. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Serve with tortilla chips, blue ones make the guacamole look great!!

This recipe can easily be modified.
- Leave out zest, if you aren't a big lime fan.
- Use 1/2 the pepper, if you don't like it spicy.
- Use less cilantro, or parsley, if you don't care for cilantro.
